CLI Capital was formed in 1959 to address voids in the financial sector that were underserved by traditional lenders. Its founders made a commitment to establish a values-driven company focused on real estate lending to churches, schools and other organizations that were dedicated to positively impacting their communities.

Today, CLI Capital provides innovative real estate lending solutions for public and private education facilities across the country. While education is our current primary focus, CLI also invests in healthcare and other specialty real estate assets that uphold the mission of the company.

Our Position
There are now approximately 3.7 million students enrolled at more than 8,000 schools of choice across the country. These schools represent the only segment within the public education system that is growing.
We believe that the school choice movement will continue to gain momentum. We also fundamentally believe that every child is entitled to have have access to a high quality education in a safe environment.
