Mr. Hall is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CLI.  He has served in this capacity since 2009 and has an extensive background in banking, commercial real estate lending, and raising both equity and debt capital.  He is a graduate of Texas Tech University (Economics) and Southern Methodist University (Graduate School of Banking). 

Mr. David joined CLI in January 2011.  He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in March 2012 and was subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2016.  He holds a Finance degree from The University of Texas at Austin.  Mr. David has extensive experience in corporate finance, credit underwriting, and financial institution operations.

Mrs. Dawson is Vice President of Operations.  She joined CLI in 2013 and has more than 24 years of financial institution operations experience in various roles within community and regional institutions. 

Mr. Braun is the Vice President of Strategic Finance of CLI.  He joined the team in 2026 after a 25-year career as an Investment Banker and Municipal Advisor focused on the education sector.  His focus with CLI is to lead the development of a mid & short-term portfolio of debt & equity projects in the education sector.  His experience includes an extensive background developing education-related credits and executing both institutionally based and public-private initiated financings. He has served as the day-to-day investment banker for charter schools, colleges, universities, private and parochial K-12 schools, and an array of other not-for-profit entities.  He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University.   

Mrs. Prescott is Assistant Vice President of Shareholder Relations.  Mrs. Prescott is a graduate of Texas Tech University and has more than 22 years of service with CLI in various positions within the company.  

Mrs. Headrick has been at CLI since 2015.  She graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Texas and received her Master's in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.  Mrs. Headrick has broad experience in various roles including investment banking and commercial real estate development.

Mr. Jewett has been at CLI since 2021 and manages our credit department and internal loan review function.  He graduated with a degree in Finance from Texas Tech University.  

Mr. Knowlton has been at CLI since 2026 and assists with underwriting in CLI's credit department.  He will graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from West Texas A&M University in the Spring of 2026.  

Mrs. Drew joined CLI in 2021.  She is a graduate of West Texas A&M University with a degree in Management.
